As Headway’s Content Marketing Manager, Commercial, you will be responsible for enabling the market-facing Payer Partnerships team with the right sales materials, collateral, case studies, and competitive insights. Your goal is to improve sales processes, accelerate revenue generation, and streamline the sales cycle by providing high-quality content, maintaining a centralized library of resources, and ensuring that teams are using consistent and accurate messaging.
- Build Headway’s commercial content strategy to drive thought leadership and sales:
- Be an evangelist for our commercial partners, deeply understanding trends in mental healthcare and formulating them into thought leadership
- Identify data, market research, and customer insights to inform our storytelling
- Work cross-functionally to make the company come to life
- Create market-leading content to ensure Headway wins in the market.
- Conceptualize, write, and build assets that position Headway clearly in the market to drive customer acquisition and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain collateral, case studies, and white papers for the sales team, ensuring consistent and accurate usage; support with deck creation where needed.
Identify key external conversations that Headway should lean on, and develop content to lead the industry.Build operational infrastructure so teams leverage assets seamlessly.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity, maintaining a centralized library for easy access to updated assets.
- Organize resources and streamline workflows to ensure the Payer Partnerships teams have the assets they need to execute successful campaigns and workstreams.
- Monitor key metrics like CSAT, sentiment, and time to close to continuously improve sales outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, enterprise marketing, product marketing or related roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing sales decks, case studies, white papers, and competitive assets that drive business results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to streamline content creation processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Experience training and enabling sales teams, ensuring the effective use of sales materials and consistent messaging.
- Strong understanding of how to differentiate a company in the market and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive messaging tailored to different audiences.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on improving sales efficiency, customer sentiment, and time-to-close.
- Fast learner in dynamic industries; healthcare a plus.
- Exceptionally collaborative, creative, and execution-oriented.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C)
- Group A: $160,000
- Group B: $144,000
- Group C: $128,000
- Group A = NYC, SF/Bay Area, LA Area, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and San Diego
- Group B = Chicago, Miami, Denver, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, Sacramento, Phoenix, and Portland
- Group C = All remaining cities
