About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a passion for consultation and supervision to serve as a Clinical Quality Lead for our Mental Health Coaching program. In our amazing, clinically proven Mental Health Coaching program, our specially trained coaches work with a suite of proprietary CBT-based digital tools to promote emotional wellness. Supported by a team of Coach Supervisors and reporting to the Clinical Consultation Supervisor, you will help ensure the overall clinical quality of the program. This includes providing clinical consultation on challenging cases to coaches and coach supervisors, offering feedback and ongoing clinical support, and supporting on key projects to improve the program.
Responsibilities
- Review and respond to clinical consultation questions in a timely fashion
- Hold regular Office Hours comprised of 1:1 meetings with mental health coaches to address clinical consultation needs
- Facilitate coach onboarding trainings to support new coach orientation to clinical topics/policies
- Attend coach consultation groups to answer questions related to clinical policies and client care needs
- Engage in mandated reporting when necessary
- Support coach development resources and workshops
- Offer clinical input and recommendations on broader programmatic initiatives
Qualifications
- Licensed Masters or Doctoral level mental health clinician
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Extensive experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, etc
- Experience with clinical supervision, teaching and/or training
- Clinical approach that is strongly rooted in cultural responsitivity and anti-oppressive framework
- In-depth knowledge of and experience using validated clinical assessment measures such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7
- Must be passionate about the role of training coaches in promoting emotional wellness
- Fluent with technology and highly organized
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment - We move quickly to evolve tools and protocols based on data so we need people who are comfortable with constant change, feedback, and improvement
- Independent, open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate and flexible
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
- Excellent writing skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with clinical supervision and/or consultation, as well as clinical process development, teaching, and training
- Specifically, experience providing clinical consultation and support to mental health coaches
- Experience working in multidisciplinary environments
- Coaching certification and/or training
As a full-time Clinical Quality Lead, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $130,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
