The primary role is to provide high quality and professional counselling and information support services to employees of client companies via telephone, live chat and structured counselling sessions. This is a full time hybrid position and the job holder will be based at home with onsite days arranged in the Lyra Hungary head office in Budapest.
The position of Clinician is a shift position based in a call centre environment. These shifts include evening or weekend times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Hungary services
- Provide all the services to which the caller is entitled to in a professional and respectful manner
- Accurately capture all information on the database pertinent to the clinical management of the case
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, procedures and operational standards as laid out by Lyra International
- Keep abreast of developments within client organisations and with changes to service offerings
- Attend all relevant meetings, training and staff support groups
- Attend regular and scheduled counselling supervision with the external counselling supervisor
- Carry out any other relevant work related duties as required by the Clinical Lead.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BA Psychology and 2 years MA.
- Two or more years experience in counselling
- Postgraduate training for Expert Psychologists in Counselling would be an advantage

- Must be able to undertake therapy in a minimum of two languages - Hungarian and English.

Experience
- Experience working in an EAP environment will be an advantage, but not essential
- Experience of providing telephonic and live chat counselling and support
