Overview: As a Data Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless intake and management of new patient referrals from our partners. This position demands a tech-savvy individual comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where patient success is a priority. Your work will directly support the mission of creating equitable access to mental health care.
Salary
The pay rate for this position is $18/HR
Responsibilities
Referral Processing and Data Management: 80%
- Process 75-125 new patient referrals daily, creating and updating patient accounts in our CRM and various platforms.
- Perform precise and accurate data entry tasks across multiple tools, including spreadsheets and web-based portals, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information, adhering to all relevant privacy and data protection standards.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency as Brave Health continues to grow.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: 20%
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate data and patient success
- Contribute to the team training guides and process documentation for internal audiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or similar area
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other complex CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of daily tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of data entry.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new technology platforms in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in healthcare is not required, but familiarity with the field is a plus.
