Key Responsibilities
The American Psychiatric Association (APA) identifies Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy—alone or combined with medication—as the first-line, evidence-based treatment for OCD. However, many prescribers (MDs, Psychiatrists, NPs, PAs) primarily consider medication when treating OCD, often overlooking the benefits of ERP therapy.
When prescribers do seek out ERP therapists, they face limited referral options. Over the past two years, the NOCD Provider Partnerships team has built a nationwide referral network to close this gap. As awareness of NOCD’s specialized care grows, referral volume has increased 10X in the last year, creating a need for additional team support.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to expand NOCD’s partnerships, contribute to the growth of this channel, and help patients access life-changing, cost-effective OCD treatment. Every day presents a new chance to connect clinically referred patients with NOCD’s specialized care.
