About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to advise and drive the short and long-term revenue strategy for our clinical programs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a strong strategic advisor and problem solver, who can break down ambiguous growth goals into an actionable, data-driven strategy. This person is energized by identifying opportunities to continue driving member engagement, helping scope and size the impact of new experiments / pilots, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as key advisor to GTM, Product, and Customer Marketing leadership on their revenue strategy by owning revenue forecast models and relevant analyses
- Obsess over how leading indicators are performing against forecast and why, and incorporate learnings into forward-looking revenue projections
- Manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance data across relevant initiatives and interpret it for key trends and insights that will guide inform the roadmap
- Identify and support high-priority strategic projects with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve engagement and revenue goals in a data-driven manner
- Partner closely with Finance and Data Science stakeholders to incorporate both qualitative and quantitative customer-level feedback into our demand forecast models and revenue projections
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to surface key learnings from initiatives, align on priorities and support shared short and long-term planning
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, digital health, or related experiences. Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proven success in owning end-to-end strategic projects, including structuring ambiguous, complex problems, executing relevant analytics, and conveying clear recommendations for executive audiences
- Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets required; SQL preferred), including comfort in triaging across multiple data sources to align on the right assumptions
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across cross-functionally and support execution of strategic projects
- Strong communicator with the ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences
- Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
- MBA preferred but not required
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time GTM Strategy & Operations Manager position is $106,000 - $163,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
