About the role
The Central Operations team is the hub of the Revive Virtual office. Central Operations rise beyond the status quo to discover innovative ways to positively impact our members and support our Providers. We pride ourselves on our integrity, quality, and performance. The Manager, Central Operations will work in partnership with the entire Central Operations team as well as with our key stakeholders from across the Enterprise to ensure seamless collaboration across departments to drive operational excellence and enhance both provider and member experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree required / MBA Preferred
- 10+ yrs experience working in clinical technology platforms
- 8+ years of Telecommuter/remote experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Computer literate with strong data entry skills
- Computer literacy and efficiency in MS Office Suite software
- Customer service-oriented
- High Energy and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to maintain composure in a challenging situation
