Requirements
What You Bring:
- Proven Success: 7+ years of client-facing experience in growth marketing or consulting, ideally within the health benefits, wellness, or health plan space, working with Fortune 500 clients.
- Strategic Mindset: A Bachelor's degree is essential; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: You're an innovative thinker who can influence, negotiate, and build win-win relationships.
- Healthcare Savvy: Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, particularly in health benefits and care delivery (experience with self-funded employer groups is essential).
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to command a room and influence thinking.
