About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and results-oriented Channel Marketing Manager to lead the growth of Lyra’s channel partner programs. This high-impact role sits within the Growth Marketing team and is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, drive partner-led demand, and accelerate co-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep B2B marketing experience, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record in partner marketing.
This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Channel Program Development
- Build and manage scalable channel marketing programs that align with Lyra’s growth goals and partner needs.
- Lead multi-channel, co-branded campaigns– managing timelines, creative development, partner approvals, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling partner marketing materials, including presentations, email campaigns, social media content, and landing pages.
- Manage partner communications, ensuring timely and effective messaging around promotions, product launches, and events.
- Partner Enablement & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners by providing strategic marketing guidance, content customization, and enablement best practices.
- Work closely with partners to understand their marketing needs and provide customized support to maximize our partnership success.
- Create and maintain partner marketing portals with the latest resources, content, and tools.
- Build relationships with partner marketing counterparts and serve as the marketing liaison for partner performance reviews.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Develop and report on KPIs and marketing-influenced pipeline metrics across partner campaigns.
- Analyze program performance and recommend optimization tactics to improve ROI and partner engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the connective tissue between Product Marketing, Digital, Events, Sales, and Creative to ensure channel marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives and program run smoothly.
- Engage external vendors, platforms, and agencies as needed to scale execution.
- Collaborate with vendors and agencies as needed to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably some experience in a channel, partner, or alliance marketing role.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, digital strategy, content marketing, and field marketing execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing software, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
As a full-time Channel Marketing Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to $146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
