The Role:
The Clinical & Corporate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both credentialed clinical professionals and corporate/technical personnel as necessary. This entails recruiting for licensed mental health clinicians (LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs) who provide remote care, as well as supporting corporate divisions including operations, product development, and technology. The ideal candidate possesses adaptability, resourcefulness, and a strong commitment to supporting a purpose-driven organization within a dynamic and collaborative setting.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and execute the complete recruitment cycle for a variety of positions across clinical and corporate departments.
- Engage with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of position specifications and departmental needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing methodologies to attract premier talent within highly competitive and underrepresented demographics.
- Evaluate and assess candidates based on clinical licensure, technical skills, alignment with organizational values, and team compatibility.
- Cultivate and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, professional networking, and partnerships with relevant associations, academic institutions, and community organizations.
- Liaise with credentialing, Human Resources, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and pipeline data utilizing Hazel's Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and reporting dashboards.
- Represent Hazel Health at virtual events, professional conferences, and career expos as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of three to six years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including at least two years focused on credentialed healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for both clinical and corporate or technical roles.
- Knowledge of licensure requirements for therapists.
- Experience within telehealth or remote care environments is desirable.
- A highly adaptable and proactive approach, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Innovative sourcing strategies—proficient in utilizing both conventional and unconventional methods to attract top-tier talent.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and remote collaboration platforms such as Slack or Zoom.
