About the role
The Manager, Provider Relations will lead the teams that play a key role in developing a pipeline of new provider relationships and delivering on a white-glove referral experience. This role is crucial in Equip’s growth and getting people with eating disorders into treatment that works. Core responsibilities will include team leadership, coaching to ensure effective prospecting, achieving growth metrics, adhering to timelines and service level expectations, and standard operating procedure management.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage prospecting & referral teams: Oversee workflows to meet targets for high-quality meetings and referral-to-admission conversions, while ensuring adherence to standard procedures.
Train and coach: Develop best practices, coach team members for improved performance, and collaborate with field sales reps for strategic alignment.
Meet and adapt to targets: Execute on meeting prospecting targets, even during turnover, and optimize strategies as market dynamics shift.
Maintain and improve processes: Maintain operating standards, optimize workflows, and understand complex processes for a superior patient admission experience.
Ensure data integrity and reporting: Oversee reporting to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the team's operations.
Collaborate for efficiency: Work with the Product team to automate workflows and minimize disruption during enhancements.
Perform additional tasks: Handle other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Professional experience in inside sales/prospecting (3-5 years).
2+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading a team with proven success driving representatives to exceed targets.
Healthcare experience required.

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
