Please note, this will be a hybrid role based out of Grow's Seattle office. We are looking for someone comfortable going into the office 3x per week to work closely with our Seattle-based mobile team
What You’ll Be Doing:
Grow Therapy is looking for an iOS developer to help us ship our first mobile application.
As an iOS Engineer, you will be a key member of our mobile development team, laying the foundation for our new mobile app. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, launching, and maintaining our iOS application. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver a high-quality, reliable, and performant app using Swift. This role requires a deep understanding of iOS development best practices and a passion for building exceptional user experiences.
- Design and build an advanced, scalable iOS application using Swift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development.
- Drive architectural decisions, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $221,000 USD.
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience and qualifications.
For this role, candidates must be based within commuting distance of our hub in Seattle, WA, and can commit to an expectation of being in the office approximately three days per week.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in iOS app development with a strong focus on Swift.
- Proven experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.
- Deep understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Use modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to boost your productivity and focus on higher-leverage problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
