The Network Associate is responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality network of mental
health professionals to support Lyra Health’s service delivery in Singapore. This role oversees the
end-to-end affiliate lifecycle, including proactive recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and
ongoing relationship management. The Network Associate ensures that new affiliates meet Lyra’s
clinical and ethical standards, coordinates their training, and supports their integration into internal
systems, including the online booking platform. Additionally, the role involves managing affiliate
availability and scheduling accuracy, addressing booking-related issues, and supporting operational efficiency. By fostering strong affiliate relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with Lyra’s protocols, the Network Associate plays a critical role in maintaining a responsive, scalable, and high-performing clinical network.
Primary Areas of responsibility:
Affiliate Recruitment & Sourcing
- Proactively identify and source qualified mental health professionals (e.g., psychologists, counsellors, therapists) across various regions in Singapore, in line with Lyra's service needs and expansion strategies.
- Conduct initial outreach, screening, and preliminary assessments of potential affiliates to ensure they meet Lyra's professional and ethical standards.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective affiliates to meet current and future demand.
Onboarding & Credentialing
- Lead the comprehensive onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring all required documentation, credentialing, and background checks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Guide affiliates through Lyra's internal systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into our network.
- Ensure all affiliate contracts are prepared, implemented, and monitored for compliance.
Training & Development Support
- Coordinate and facilitate initial training sessions for new affiliates on Lyra's service model, clinical protocols, online booking systems, and compliance requirements.
- Support ongoing professional development initiatives for affiliates, communicating relevant updates, best practices, and continuous education opportunities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for affiliate queries related to Lyra's processes, standards, and systems.
Online Booking System Management (Connected Calendar & Contact Booking)
- Manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of affiliate profiles and availability within Lyra's online booking system (e.g., connected calendar).
- Proactively monitor affiliate schedules and capacity to ensure optimal utilization and efficient client allocation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to affiliate and client booking, calendar synchronization, or system functionality.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Manager and international teams to suggest improvements for the booking system based on user feedback and operational needs.
- Ensure seamless client booking experiences by maintaining up-to-date affiliate information and availability.
Affiliate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with affiliates, fostering engagement and a sense of partnership.
- Monitor affiliate performance and adherence to Lyra's standards, providing support and addressing any concerns as needed.
- Facilitate regular communication with affiliates regarding updates, policy changes, and feedback channels.
- Assist in managing referrals from the regional call centre and ensuring effective handover processes with affiliates.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of affiliate information, training completion, and performance data in the relevant databases.
- Generate regular reports on affiliate network size, capacity, utilization rates, and onboarding progress for the Clinical Operations Manager.
Minimum level of experience required
- Degree in a clinical field, e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, network management, operations support, or a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or mental health services context.
- Strong proficiency in using and managing online booking systems, CRM software, or similar scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively with diverse professionals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with the Singaporean healthcare landscape and professional mental health associations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
