About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our New Business team. This key role will oversee CRM management, streamline proposal workflows, manage contracts, and deliver sales reporting to drive efficiency and growth.
This is a remote role with minimal expect travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and usability
- Coordinate and optimize proposal processes for timely and accurate submissions
- Oversee contract creation, review, and execution in partnership with legal and sales teams
- Generate and analyze sales reports to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with the New Business team and National Sales Director to identify process improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations or a related role
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Experience in healthcare industry a plus
