We are seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
In this role, you will manage a fast paced schedule, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare high quality documents and presentations, attend selected meetings and provide feedback on outcomes, and act as the CCO’s primary point of contact with internal teams and external partners.
You will handle confidential information with discretion, keep projects and priorities on track, and anticipate needs before they arise.
This is a fully remote, UK based position for a 7 month fixed term contract, to cover maternity leave.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CCO’s calendar, travel, and correspondence across the international scope of the organisation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials within strict deadlines.
- Attend selected meetings and provide summaries, insights, and follow up actions.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder communications.
- Track deadlines, follow up on priorities, and keep initiatives moving.
- Build strong relationships across the business to support the CCO’s agenda.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior level support role is advantageous.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office and other productivity tools is an advantage.
