We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Implementation Manager to join our Business Operations team and deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the company. You’ll play a key role in transforming strategic priorities into structured execution plans, bringing clarity and accountability to complex workstreams. As a core member of BizOps, you’ll work with teams across the entire organization to ensure projects are executed efficiently, and delivered on time. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead planning and execution of critical, cross-functional projects that enable company growth and scale.
- Develop clear project scopes, timelines, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
- Create structure in ambiguous spaces—create clear workplans and governance structures for delivery, identify blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned and focused.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams, ensuring consistent progress and transparency.
- Track, report, and escalate risks and delays proactively; drive resolution and maintain momentum.
- Build scalable, repeatable processes and lightweight project management systems (e.g., intake, status reporting, retrospectives).
- Partner with BizOps, functional leads, and executive sponsors to translate strategic goals into executional plans.
- Coach and enable teams to adopt new ways of working—embedding processes, tools, and behaviors that drive sustainable impact.
The base compensation range for this position is $107,681 - $159,000
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, implementation, or similar execution-focused roles
- A proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills—able to influence without authority and keep teams on track.
- A pragmatic, results-driven mindset—skilled at translating strategy into execution and measuring impact through KPIs.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and designing project management systems to bring clarity.
- Experience working directly with senior leaders and operational teams to build capabilities and sustain change.
- Bias for action, detail-oriented, and motivated by impact—not just process.
- Familiarity with modern PM tools (e.g., Jira, Coda) a plus.
