A Product Manager will play a critical role in owning product planning and launches, partnering
closely with Product (PM, Design), Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), Customer Success (CS),
Operations, and the leadership team to execute our product strategy and achieve our business
goals. This role is highly visible across the organization and is crucial to ensure that we execute
at a high level across every facet of product management, development, and operations.
Lyra is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive initiatives to support
our customers and end users. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that is highly
collaborative, synthesizing input from many different cross-functional teams, articulating a plan,
and executing.
This role can be carried out hybrid, both from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, and remote/virtually. Candidates must be physically located within commuting distance of our headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functional with internal teams to identify pain points and define strategies to drive platform scalability
- Own product roadmap by gathering input, evaluating opportunities, and prioritizing
- features according to our business goals
- Drive excellent product development experience for the product/design/engineering team by writing concise documentation and engineering tickets, supporting the design process, running team rituals, and coordinating successful releases
- Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences
- Partner closely with channel partners to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with Go to Market and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from product development to product launch and customer onboarding, and receiving feedback to further drive the product roadmap
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and associated goals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, or a related role in a software development environment
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and ability to think strategically and tactically to solve problems and drive results while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Curiosity and passion to learn more about your users, our market, our product, the competitive landscape, and much more
- Demonstrated leadership and strong, proactive ownership over one’s area of responsibility; has an innate sense of accountability, attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with platform product teams, scaling solutions across the business and other product teams
- Experience defining and shipping 0-1 features
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

As a full-time Product Manager, GTM/Platform you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 - $146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
