Qualifications
- Registered in Connecticut as a Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, or License Marriage and Family Associate.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
- Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiar with evidence-based practices
- Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy for patient safety and to meet HIPAA requirements
Responsibilities
- 40 hours per week made up of 10 non-clinical and 30 clinical hours per week
- Provide weekly individual therapy
- Deliver Vita’s care pathways that you will be trained in
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
- Additional duties as assigned
- Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend hours required
- Ongoing engagement with team activities and supervision/learning
Compensation: $49k - $58k annually
- Compensation is based on years of experience and other credentials.
