About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Clinical Measurement and Innovation that will enable Rula’s Clinical Team to further its mission of providing quality care through continuous improvement of our technical product and programmatic offerings and drive innovation. The Head of Clinical Measurement and Innovation will report directly to the CMO to develop the strategy and execute on clinical requirements in our products and care delivery systems. The role will serve as the main clinical point of contact and behavioral health expert for the engineering and product teams.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working directly as a clinical leader in a healthcare system or start up
5+ years of working with product and engineering as a clinical advisor and subject matter expert.
5+ years at a leadership level within a high growth startup
Deep experience coordinating cross functional teams within a matrixed organization to drive results
Masters in Clinical Behavioral Health (e.g. LCSW, MPH, LMFT)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a triad relationship – directly with healthcare providers, biz ops and product leadership.
Experience using and delivering on OKRs
Experience reporting out to executives and partners on results.
Experience in clinical research and development
Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, DO)
