About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to support Rula’s Account Management and Success teams by implementing data-driven strategies and optimizing operational processes. In this role, you will refine reporting frameworks, uncover insights that strengthen relationships and drive sustainable growth, and ensure our technology stack adapts to the evolving needs of both our internal teams and the therapists and psychiatrists on our platform. The ideal candidate would bring a strong analytical and strategic mindset and demonstrated experience driving efficiency and improving outcomes. This role will be instrumental in advancing our post-sale operations, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment in a fast-paced, innovative company.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations focused on supporting post-sale operations (account management / customer success).
Experience using data to drive business decisions with a proficiency in SQL. .
Hands-on experience building and optimizing sales and success tech stacks (e.g., Catalyst, Amplitude) in close collaboration with engineering teams.
Proven ability to work both autonomously and in group settings to manage projects from ambiguity to execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-growth startups; marketplace experience.
Admin certification in Salesforce/HubSpot.
Experience with BI platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Sigma).
Experience implementing Customer Success platforms (e.g. Catalyst, ChurnZero, Vitally, Planhat).
