About the Role
In order to meet our goals, we are seeking a Head of Strategic Payer Growth who thrives in such a fast-paced environment. Through testing, learning, and optimizing strategies, this leader will address payer partnerships holistically. They will align partnership priorities with business goals by effectively managing resources. This role sits at the intersection of all our payer partnerships and helps drive our overall company strategy to ensure we’re setting ourselves up for long-term success. This leader will shape our reputation with the largest payers in the country ensuring we are able to make mental healthcare work for everyone
Required Qualifications
15+ years of industry experience working at a health plan or employer (in-house knowledge)
Extensive knowledge of navigating and working within the complexities of the healthcare industry, ensuring a high degree of collaboration across stakeholders (internally & externally)
10+ years of experience managing an account team of at least 4 people
Ability to influence complex situations to obtain desired outcomes through established relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Understanding of the employer buying criteria for healthcare purchasing decisions (i.e benefit offerings and budgets)
Experience designing, implementing, and directing strategic initiative(s) that help to drive profitable growth
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to distill complex situations for stakeholders
