About the Role
The Manager of Clinical Operations will play a meaningful role in building new processes and running existing programs that ensure patients receive the care they need. This role will partner closely with our clinical leaders and partnerships teams to build clinical care review processes for new partnership launches and manage our existing review programs for key partners touching thousands of patients each week.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years in business or operational roles
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Experience working on cross-functional teams (e.g. with Engineering, Product & Design, partnerships, clinical, data, etc.)
Experience analyzing data and using insights to inform business decisions
