We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.
About the Role
We are seeking an action-oriented B2B marketer to join our provider marketing team. In this role, you will own our outbound programs to attract prospective providers (therapists, psychiatrists) and drive them into our sales funnel. There are several programs in flight right now, but we need someone who can develop a more sophisticated strategy across channels like email and LinkedIn, then test, learn, iterate, and scale what works. You’ll help build our database of provider prospects with various tactics, segment the database, and develop and execute an array of campaigns to inspire them to work with Rula. You’ll work closely with provider sales, revenue operations, and provider strategy & operations to ensure we have a consistent go-to-market experience and execute our programs flawlessly. The ideal candidate is a data-driven B2B marketer who has a knack for creating relevant and engaging campaigns and has proven experience driving results with outbound marketing tactics.
