We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.
About the Role
At Rula, we focus on the quadruple aim: Quality (patients’ clinical outcomes), Affordability (low out of pocket costs for patients), Access (patients can quickly see a high quality provider who meets their needs), and Provider well being (clinical, emotional, financial, etc.). Growing and maintaining a diverse network of high quality providers is a cornerstone of who we are and what we do.
We’re hiring a Director of Supply Operations to take on accountability for being “well supplied”: ensuring that we have enough high quality providers to meet the needs of our patients and partners. To start, this role will focus on our core Therapy business. You will be responsible for creating/refining metrics and goals, setting targets, architecting plans, uncovering insights, working with cross-functional partners to staff and execute, and reporting progress to executives. You’ll make data-driven recommendations & decisions that fuel and enable Rula’s growth. To meet your goals, you’ll work closely with the functions that acquire, retain, and expand our provider network: Marketing, Sales, Success, Credentialing & Enrollment, RevOps, BizOps, Finance, and others. This role will report to the Vice President of Provider Strategy & Operations, who is accountable for overall provider supply growth and experience.

Customer obsession: Demonstrated experience deeply understanding and identifying customer needs, translating them into process and product improvements, building them, and rolling them out
Ownership: Experience independently owning quantified objectives and hitting hard goals: developing metrics (KRs), creating walks/waterfalls (sub-KRs) and working both independently and with cross-functional partners to execute
Optimization: Demonstrated ability to optimize and/or create operational processes. Discovery to understand & map a complex process, identify opportunities for improvement / optimization, design and build for scale.
Project management experience with complex cross-functional teams to roll out complex programs or processes.
Proficient with analysis, particularly in Excel / Google Sheets and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience, especially working with healthcare providers.
Marketplace experience (understand supply/demand balance)
Leadership: 4+ years managing high performing independent contributors (analysts and/or project managers)
While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.
