About the Role
Lyra has an exciting opportunity that blends in-person client care (Avg. 10-15 sessions per week) with the remaining time dedicated to supervision of an onsite therapist team, facilitating employee training and clinical consultations related to mental health care.
Daily: As an onsite Clinical Lead, you’ll provide short-term, in-person, evidence-based treatment to clients. You’ll also assist with Manager and Clinical consultation requests and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will directly supervise a small team of onsite therapists and serve as the primary point of contact for the Customer and Lyra.
Regularly: In collaboration with Lyra and the employer, you’ll develop and deliver onsite training to employees. You’ll also participate in Employer sponsored Mental Health Initiatives and provide timely data reports to Lyra stakeholders. On an as-needed basis, you’ll support critical incidents.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university
- Unrestricted Georgia LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
- Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Previous experience in a corporate Therapy environment preferred
- Experience and comfort facilitating trainings, teaching, and/or public speaking
- Ability to work full-time, or 40 hours per week from 8:00am-5:00pm
- Full-time resident of the United States
- Assist with Manager/Clinical consultation requests
- Support critical incidents as needed and when available
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Conscientious adherence to confidentiality issues, and the ability to act in compliance with local laws, regulations, and appropriate, industry guidelines
- Comply with relevant employer policies (such as workplace safety, COVID protocols, etc.)
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with Lyra team members and the employer's key contact
- Develop and deliver trainings to employees (in collaboration with the employer and Lyra)
- Participate in Employer sponsored Mental Health Initiatives (in collaboration with Lyra)
- Provide timely data reports to Lyra stakeholders when requested
- Provide supervision and clinical oversight of onsite therapists including clinical consultation, management and administrative responsibilities in managing a team

The anticipated starting base salary range for a full-time onsite Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Clinical Lead at Lyra is between $112,000-$123,000. The base salary is determined by role, and placement within the range and will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, and location. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
