What You’ll Be Doing:
The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) acts as a strategic consultant to leadership teams on human resource-related matters, aligning business objectives with HR strategies that support the company’s goals. The Sr HRBP collaborates across all business functions, leveraging HR expertise to foster a culture of performance, accountability, and growth. This role requires a data-driven approach to address organizational needs, talent management, and workforce planning to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategy, employee development, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive people-focused strategies aligned with company objectives, including diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Talent Management:
- Lead talent assessment processes, identifying high-potential employees, and facilitating career development and succession planning discussions.
- Implement performance management processes, coaching managers on effective feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
- Employee Relations & Culture:
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing sound advice on resolution, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
- Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and HR solutions are aligned with their needs.
- Organizational Development:
- Partner with leadership to assess and evolve organizational structures, processes, and practices to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Facilitate change management initiatives that support organizational transformation and growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement surveys) to drive business decisions and provide actionable insights.
- Implement HR technology solutions, aligning with business needs and promoting automation and efficiency in HR processes.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with the legal team to mitigate risk and implement best practices across HR policies and procedures.
The salary range for this role is $130-000-170,000 USD
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and influencing decision-making at all levels.
- Experience managing organizational change and driving cultural transformation.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk management.
