Job Description:
We're seeking a visionary Senior Designer to lead the evolution of Revive's visual identity across our book of business. As we focus on elevating our customer and member experience, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand touchpoints in compelling, elegant, and practical ways.
This role is perfect for a creative risk-taker who can mentor junior team members while remaining an individual contributor. You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, who has a background in Creative Direction, working alongside a collaborative marketing team poised for growth.
This is a REMOTE position.
Duties:
Brand Development and Management
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects for customer toolkits (digital/print materials, presentations, digital promotional assets)
- Develop a comprehensive brand resource, hosted on Webflow, that functions as our “brand book” and features our visual identity, brand motifs, logo usage, voice, tone, etc.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms
Event and Conference Support
- Take a leading role in design efforts for conferences and events scheduled through the end of the year
- Create impactful visual materials that showcase Revive's brand at industry events
Creative Project Leadership
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Senior Director of Marketing on the creative brief process for key projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
- Facilitate critiques with cross-functional departments
- Mentor junior team members on brand application and design best practices
Digital Design
- Create engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and email marketing
- Oversee Webflow designer in creating landing pages for growth and acquisition
Team Collaboration and Process Improvements
- Create engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and email marketing
- Oversee Webflow designer in creating landing pages for growth and acquisition; assist with QC’ing their work
Innovation in Brand Expression
- Explore innovative ways to express the Revive brand across various mediums and touchpoints
- Utilize AI and other emerging technologies to generate on-brand imagery and assets
- Continuously evolve the brand to stay relevant in the healthcare and technology sector

Requirements
- 5-7 years of design experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- Proven experience as a design leader, ideally with mentoring experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Experience with AI-generated brand imagery
- Demonstrated ability to articulate accessibility principles
- Prior experience in brand/marketing design within tech, fintech, B2B SaaS, or healthcare
- Experience with user journey mapping and persona-based design
- Working within SendGrid or a similar e-mail platform
- 2-3 years on in-house design or marketing teams
