About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join Rula’s Recruiting Team in a 6-month contract position. This person will play a key role in partnering with our Tech & Ops Recruiters in attracting top-tier talent to join our rapidly growing company. This person will be responsible for coordinating all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Management: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule Zoom interviews through our ATS (Ashby) across multiple time zones.
Communication: Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and the Talent Acquisition team. Ensure smooth coordination of interviews and feedback.
Recruitment Systems: Maintain and update our ATS (Ashby) with any relevant candidate information and interview details.
Tracking: Keep Recruiting Coordination scheduling tracker (Google Sheets) up to date with all scheduling activity.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably Ashby
Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor (6 month term)
Experience with remote hiring and virtual interview coordination
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience handling sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and prioritizing tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
