About the Role
Our mission at Rula, is to make mental healthcare work for everyone: patients, therapists, and insurance providers. As a healthcare organization, making patients better faster is why we exist. As the Provider Clinical Quality team, we build tools for therapists and Rula’s internal Clinical Quality team to enable our therapists to easily deliver high quality care. Our projects range from building intuitive user experiences to increase the productivity of our therapists during their day-to-day tasks, to data-intensive ML integrations to elevate the quality of our care.
We are looking for a passionate, mission-oriented, full stack engineer who can flex across frontend and backend, to define, design, and deliver high impact projects that will increase the quality of care provided by our therapists. Required Qualifications
6+ years of software engineering experience
Previous production experience with React and typescript
Experience working on cross-functional teams
Frontend & mid-tier experience building modern web applications
Experience working on time-sensitive projects, balancing multiple stakeholder’s needs
Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success
