The Clinical Partnerships Representative (CPR) will boost patient acquisition by activating and nurturing professional relationships. As the “face” of Equip, the CPR embodies our values and mission and positions themselves as an eating disorder resource and Equip treatment expert in their territory. This role involves building a strong brand presence and forging strategic referral partnerships across an assigned territory to meet patient referral targets. Responsibilities include building and executing on a market strategy, relationship cultivation across a diverse portfolio of professionals and organizations, local marketing activities, data management, event planning, and subject matter expertise of the Equip treatment model.
An ideal candidate has experience managing a book of business and is energized by exceeding quotas and goals in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly within healthcare. They possess sharp organizational skills and can manage details in a rapidly evolving environment. The right person has excellent interpersonal skills and is capable of influencing at all levels of an organization. They are comfortable in a remote role and a remote team with high autonomy and self-motivation. An ideal candidate will have existing relationships in healthcare and behavioral healthcare fields and experience prospecting, developing, and nurturing business partnerships in a full sales cycle.

Responsibilities:- Utilize market analysis and strategy to maximize brand reach and provider relationships within a territory
- Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones through video conference calls, in-person meetings and events, and exceptional communication
- Deliver on patient referral targets and outreach goals
- Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a CRM to demonstrate territory performance, identify key areas for improvement, and inform future strategy
- Effectively plan and execute regional events that drive engagement with the target professional audience
- Cultivate relationships with medical providers and hospitals through educational presentations and in-services
- Deeply understand the specific territory’s needs and position Equip as a solution for providers
- Effectively re-engage or repair existing relationships
- Collaborate with the Referral Coordinators and Admissions team to create a stellar referral process for referral partners.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, clinical operations, and client success teams to effectively penetrate new markets
- Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Territory is Lower New England (CT, RI, NY - excluding NYC boroughs and Long Island)
- 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, build rapport, and influence at all levels of an organization
- Sharp organizational skills with capability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Proven track record of meeting assigned goals
- Comfortable with a remote role and a remote team with high autonomy and self-motivation
- Ability to think critically to quickly and accurately work through challenges and rapid change

$76,000 - $120,000 a year
The pay range for this position in the US is $76000- $120,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are open to compensation negotiation. This role can only be remote Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York (excluding NYC boroughs and Long Island). This role is also eligible for up to 30% in quarterly performance-based bonuses.
