About the Role
The Clinical Product Strategy team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new clinical products and services to launch at Equip. The Senior Analyst role is critical to the success of this function, and will work directly with the VP of Clinical Product Strategy to accelerate the pace of insight generation and decision-making. Daily tasks will include market research, conducting quantitative analyses to justify investment, and building business models to articulate the business case. Through structured analysis and creative problem-solving, the Senior Analyst will actively contribute to product ideation and business strategy to shape the next phase of Equip’s growth.

Responsiblities- Perform rigorous secondary research, demonstrating creativity sourcing from unexpected references for differentiated, deep insight into new markets and terrains.
- Prepare for and lead market testing interviews with key industry executives.
- Develop pro-formas, market sizing analyses, and financial models to evaluate business viability of proposed opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and draft positioning collateral.
- Present new venture opportunities and/or summaries of terrain explorations to Senior Leadership, conveying a market-informed point-of-view.
- Evaluate and diligence investments and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with user experience, growth, and product management teams to scope and build products according to market expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree required. Business or finance major preferred.
- At least three years of relevant experience. Highly desirable experience includes:Working in strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
- Conducting extensive primary research in a professional environment.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Excellent academic and professional record, with demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a highly independent work environment.
- Proven ability to synthesize extensive research findings into relevant insights and quickly become a terrain expert.
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities, including experience conducting root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with corporate finance metrics and benchmarks; experience applying analyses to business pro-formas.
- Proven service orientation with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Comfort with ambiguity.

$86,000 - $105,000 a year
The salary range for this position in the US is $86,000-$105,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual 15% target cash bonus.

Physical Demands
Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
