The Mindshare Referral Program represents one of Talkiatry's biggest strategic bets for 2024 and beyond. This program is critical to our vision for transforming how mental healthcare integrates with traditional medicine. We are building the infrastructure that will help millions of patients access care when they need it most. We've proven the model works - now we're scaling it.
That's where you come in. As Operations Manager within our Strategic Operations team, you'll lead the engine that turns referrals into patient care. You'll build and manage the team responsible for ensuring every patient's journey, from referral to first visit, is seamless and efficient. This isn't just an operations role - it's an opportunity to directly impact how thousands of patients access mental healthcare.
We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with strategic vision. You'll need to build scalable processes, lead high-performing teams, and continuously improve the patient experience. If you're ready to transform how healthcare organizations connect patients to care, this role is for you.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
