Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient market penetration in collaboration with field outreach
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority super-regions via phone, email, and other relevant communication channels
- Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
- Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
- Attend and lead various demonstration meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events via conference call
- Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
- Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
Requirements
- Preference to be located in Central Time Zone
- Must be fluent in English
- You have 2+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPI’s
- Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $62,000 and $70,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $74,000 and $91,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. #LI-REMOTE
