About the Role:
As a Commercial Strategy Manager, Revenue Operations, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our payer partnerships by driving operational excellence and enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to manage critical processes such as pipeline coverage, OKR tracking, and strategic ad hoc projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our operational strategy, optimize workflows, and help scale our impact on mental healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Insights: Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline coverage, SLAs, and OKR tracking to support informed decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams across Headway to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and support key initiatives
- Process Ownership: Own critical operational processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ad Hoc Support: Partner with leadership on strategic projects to address emerging needs and opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and share learnings across the team.
You’ll Thrive in this Role If You:
- Have 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analysis, strategy, or a related role, ideally within tech or healthcare.
- Excel at managing complex analytical and operational projects from start to finish.
- Are resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented, finding opportunities where others see challenges.
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy tackling unfamiliar problems with a strategic mindset.
- Are highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C)
- Group A: $179,000
- Group B: $161,100
- Group C: $143,200
- Examples of cities located in each compensation grouping:
- Group A = NYC, SF/Bay Area, LA Area, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and San Diego
- Group B = Chicago, Miami, Denver, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, Sacramento, Phoenix, and Portland
- Group C = All remaining cities
