We are looking for an experienced Clinical Recruiter to join our recruitment team within People Operations. This role would be responsible for sourcing and recruiting 1099 therapists to join our network.We are looking for someone who has excellent sourcing skills and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. To work at Talkspace, you need to be as passionate as we are about our work, and excited to partner with us on delivering quality mental healthcare.
What You’ll Do
- Independently identify and reach out to potential 1099 providers for Talkspace based on their licensure and qualifications
- Guide 1099 providers through the process from first point of contact to when they sign their contracts
- Hire a designated number of 1099 therapists per month
- Correctly tag and report on hiring targets on a biweekly basis, using ATS system(s) as directed
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or working towards Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years experience in healthcare sourcing and recruitment, recruitment specific to therapists is required
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Ability to use creativity to solve problems and test new approaches
- Impressive time management and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- At ease with ambiguity
- Experience (or strong interest) working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base hourly rate for this role is $40 per hour. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
