Our Recruiting function is growing, and we're seeking seeking an experienced Contract Business Recruiter with exposure to non-technical hiring at rapidly scaling companies. Serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across the org, you’ll develop inclusive, structured hiring practices to assemble a standout team. We’re in hyper-growth mode and you’ll be instrumental in our trajectory, supporting the mission-critical objective of identifying, engaging, assessing and closing the best talent long-term for Headway’s continued success.
You will:
- Partner with hiring managers across key org functions to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close
- Collaborate with Sourcers & Coordinators, own full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process
- Work with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to develop DEI sourcing strategy that aligns with our company objectives
- Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with our People Ops, HRBP and Total Rewards teams

- You’re strategic, data-driven thinker, who analyzes sourcing stats and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process

- You’re comfortable navigating through the inevitable ambiguity of a startup
- You have relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
This role is compensated at an hourly rate starting at: $55.00/hour.
