About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Operations Insights Manager to enable Rula’s expansion of new verticals (ex. Psychiatric Services, Medicare/Medicaid, In Person therapy, etc), as we continue our endeavor of being a comprehensive mental healthcare solution. This person will be responsible for delivering data assets that enable/drive operational processes, conduct analysis to diagnose core problems, and deliver reporting that helps synthesize performance of the verticals.
This person will have experience in delivering sustainable & reliable data assets for operations (e.g., lead scoring models), working with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, clinical, growth), applying structured problem solving to diagnose issues and suggest solutions, and communicating succinctly (written and verbal) to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of analytics experience in area of operations and/or growth
Proficiency with Python and SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (ex. Looker, Hex, Tableau, etc.)
Experience delivering assets that are embedded into operational processes and workflows (ex. scripts)
Demonstrated ability in partnering with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders to distill complex insights into structured and simplistic solutions
