Revive is looking to hire a Head of Product who will own the overall product strategy, roadmap, and execution. They will lead and scale the product team-including product managers and designers and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver world-class products that align with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic Leadership:
· Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
Product Roadmap:
· Build and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market needs, customer feedback, and business priorities.
Team Management:
· Build out and lead, mentor, and develop a small team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product launches and alignment on product initiatives.
Market Research and Analysis:
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs, using this information to inform product decisions.
Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:
· Oversee the product from concept to launch, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Performance Measurement:
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Innovation and Creativity:
· Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity within the product team, pushing for new ideas and improvements.
Customer Focus:
· Prioritize customer needs and feedback, ensuring that products are designed and developed to meet customer expectations.
Stakeholder Management:
· Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders, including investors, executive leadership, and other key decision-makers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical degree is a plus.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in product management, product development, and/or related fields.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
