Revive is looking to hire a Product Manager-Weight Health who will own the overall product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Revive Health’s Weight Health (WH) offering. This role will focus on delivering a personalized, scalable, and empathetic product that supports individuals in achieving long-term weight and wellness goals through virtual care, coaching, and behavioral health support. This leader will collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, clinical, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the weight health product is innovative, effective, and deeply aligned with both ReviveHealth’s mission and the needs of our members.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Product Strategy and Vision:
· Develop a compelling product vision for WH that aligns with ReviveHealth’s broader goals of delivering simple, accessible, and emotionally resonant care.
· Define a differentiated strategy grounded in behavioral science, personalization, and holistic support for sustainable weight and wellness outcomes.
Product Roadmap:
· Build and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market needs, customer feedback, and business priorities.
Team Management:
· Build out and lead, mentor, and develop a small team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product launches and alignment on product initiatives.
Market Research and User Research:
· Conduct continuous research on digital health and obesity management trends, competitor solutions, and user behavior to inform product decisions.
· Leverage surveys, interviews, analytics, and customer feedback to identify the needs, barriers, and motivations of diverse user segments.
· Identify unmet user needs specific to weight health (e.g., stigma, access, motivation decline) to guide innovation.
Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:
· Manage the WH product through its entire lifecycle-from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and engagement outcomes.
· Identify and respond to areas of improvement, iterating quickly based on data.
Innovation and Creativity:
· Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity within the product team, pushing for new ideas and improvements.
Customer Focus:
· Prioritize customer needs and feedback, ensuring that products are designed and developed to meet customer expectations.
Stakeholder Communication:
· Serve as the voice of the WH customer across leadership, sharing progress updates, roadmap alignment, and performance insights.
· Support business development efforts by contributing product knowledge to investor and customer conversations.
Requirements
· 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.
· Proven experience managing or launching digital wellness, behavioral health, or chronic condition management products.
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical degree a plus.
· Deep knowledge of product development lifecycle and agile project management.
· Strong ability to analyze user data and market signals to drive strategic decisions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
