We’re hiring a detail-obsessed, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including the CEO, CMO, and CPTO. This role is critical to helping our leaders stay organized, prioritized, and focused in a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations smooth behind the scenes, ensuring executive calendars, meetings, and travel are handled seamlessly.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, pivots quickly as priorities shift, and can operate independently without needing close supervision. This is a remote position, and we prefer candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones for better alignment with our leadership team.

Calendar Management- Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the CEO, CMO, and CPTO, prioritizing based on business impact and urgency
- Schedule meetings with the full Executive Leadership Team and highly cross-functional stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries or refer them to the appropriate team member; act as a communications liaison with executives, as required
Administrative- Own all aspects of expense management for the CEO, CMO, and CPTO, including report processing, receipt tracking, and timely reimbursement coordination
- Manage executives’ travel logistics for conferences and in-person meetings, both internal and external (CEO, CMO, CPTO)
Meeting Preparation - Schedule, prepare, and organize important materials including agendas and slide decks for monthly All-Team meetings and Board meetings, and support facilitating monthly All-Team meetings
- Manage logistics for meetings and events, which may include coordinating and sending meeting invitations and agendas, preparing meeting notes, following up on action items, booking meeting/event space, arranging IT resources, and coordinating catering
Event Coordination and Offsites - Lead logistics for virtual and offsite events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination
- Quarterly ELT meetings when applicable, in-person board meetings when applicable, company-wide offsites
- Support coordination of securing accommodations, meals, activities, transportation, meeting spaces, etc.
General- Support various strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
- For select, to be named projects, coordinate with various cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items, and overseeing overall performance of the organization
- Maintain confidential information for the business and ELT and ensure information is handled appropriately
- Prioritize work based on importance/urgency and in a manner that maintains high quality support for senior management and ELT
Required Skills and Experience- 3+ years of experience or equivalent in an executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can pivot quickly as priorities evolve
- Proven ability to follow up and follow through on all projects
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and team skills
- Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality
- Advanced-level Google Suite Proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction

$72,000 - $80,000 a year
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $80,000. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses, and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
