We are looking for a Social Creative Lead who lives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and performance. In this role, you will lead the development of breakthrough social creative across algorithmic platforms like Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. You will combine a deep understanding of how content travels online with a disciplined, test-driven approach to creative development.
You will partner closely with growth, creative, brand planning, research, and data to create social-first content that delivers both cultural relevance and measurable performance. You will also operate as a hands-on creator who can concept, shoot, edit, and produce both video and static ads optimized for feed, Stories, Reels, and other native formats.
The ideal candidate is fluent in the language of the internet, obsessed with performance signals, energized by rapid experimentation, and grounded in brand-supporting storytelling. You know how to methodically test creative hypotheses, translate data into creative direction, and continuously evolve what high-performing social content looks like.

- Build structured creative testing frameworks with Brand Planning that validate hypotheses, explore new formats, and uncover what resonates with different audience personas
- Partner with growth and data teams to track performance signals, interpret data, and translate insights into rapid creative iteration
- Build and maintain an always-on pipeline of new creative ideas informed by cultural trends, creator behaviors, community conversations, and platform shifts
- Concept, script, direct, shoot, and edit native social video and static assets optimized for algorithmic distribution
- Understand how platform algorithms prioritize content and use that knowledge to shape creative direction and storytelling
- Collaborate with brand planning, CRO, and product marketing teams to ensure creative reflects the brand’s identity while maximizing conversion and engagement
- Manage a team of special designers, slasher creatives, and agency partners to ensure testing velocity and quality standards
- Develop guidelines, templates, and scalable systems that help the organization produce high-quality, high-volume social content
- Work closely with external creators, freelancers, or production partners when needed to expand creative capacity
- Monitor competitive landscapes and platform trends to identify new opportunities for breakthrough creative
You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 7+ years of experience creating social-first creative in a performance-driven environment, ideally within a growth team, creative studio, or agency
- Deep fluency in Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels, including an understanding of how creative influences delivery, CPM efficiency, and conversion
- A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of short-form video, static ads, editing, and native social storytelling
- A strong grasp of internet culture, meme language, creator trends, and the nuances that make content feel native to each platform
- Experience developing structured testing plans and frameworks that connect creative concepts to personas, hypotheses, and clear measurement criteria
- An analytical mindset with an addiction to real-time performance data and an ability to translate signals into creative iteration
- Hands-on production experience, including shooting, lighting, editing, sound, and post-production for feed-optimized content
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with growth, analytics, brand, and product teams
