About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a Sr Manager of Analytics, who will focus on scalable reporting and insights for our product and operations teams. This role will report to the Head of Data and will lead a team of individual contributors and team leads. This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Be a hands-on technical leader for the data analytics team responsible for data insights, metric development, visualization and operational forecasting

- Be the owner of all data analysis, metric definitions, and operational dashboards and business forecasting
- Partner with Data Science on establishing data definitions, data quality and documentation standards
- Own and present key business operations metrics to key stakeholders
- Manage, scale, and mentor the data analytics team
- Work with product and operations business stakeholders on priorities and roadmap for data analysis, metric development, self serve data visualization dashboards and business forecasting
- Work closely with neighboring tech teams include data engineering, data science and engineering to deliver solutions collaboratively.
- Provide code reviews and management of best coding practices
- Plan and manage bi-weekly sprint boards
- Be the owner of all data analysis, metric definitions, and operational dashboards and business forecasting

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics or related quantitative field in a product or operations facing role
- 2+ years of experience successfully managing and growing small to medium sized teams (>4), with a specific and proven impact on individual development
- Strong blend of business understanding and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and Tableau
- Experience working with large data sets, statistics and drawing meaningful insights
- Experience building production large scale forecasting models partnering with Finance and Operations teams.
- Proven ability setting up teams up for success and directing their efforts to achieve ambitious deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, balancing the need to deliver upon both short- and long-term outcomes
- Ability to think strategically and analytically with a focus on scalable solutions
- Experience with DBT or Python is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Sr Manager, Analytics position is $119,000 - $183,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
