About the Role
We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Development Manager to join the growing Provider Sales Team at Rula! This is an exciting opportunity to manage, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) as we continue to grow the therapist and psychiatric provider network nationwide. This person will play a significant role in improving the team's effectiveness and will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop new resources, playbooks, and processes to support sustainable growth as the team continues to scale.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience managing a metrics-driven sales / business development team
4+ years of overall Sales experience, preferably in scaled / SaaS or healthcare sales
Previously responsible for driving team-wide performance metrics, with the ability to perform mid-level salesforce data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Experience evaluating talent and hiring successful sales development reps
Strong organizational skills who can thrive leading a team across multiple priorities
Proven experience coaching, developing, and providing feedback to sales development reps

Experience in the healthcare industry, or other highly regulated industry

Experience and proficiency working with some or all of our tech stack: Salesforce, Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong, etc.
