We are looking for an Associate Therapist licensed in California to join our provider network. This role offers the opportunity to gain supervised client hours, work with a diverse client base, and make an impact through remote, HIPAA-compliant therapy. What You'll Do
- Receive clinically supervised client hours towards independent/clinical licensure and attend regular meetings with a Clinical Supervisor
- Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders under the clinical supervision of a Team Lead Supervisor
- Work with clients remotely through HIPAA-compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
- Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 clinical contact hours per week
- Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned
About you
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
- Current California associate licensure:
- Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW)
- Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy

Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively. The base salary for this role is $75,000. The salaries for our National Practice Provider roles are based on a number of factors, including the provider’s state(s) of licensure, relevant experience, and market conditions. Compensation can vary over time based on both evolving business needs and external market dynamics. While we strive to ensure fairness across all roles, adjustments may be necessary to attract top talent or meet specific operational demands.
