Role Overview
Mind and Match is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team, working on patient- and provider-facing systems that enable seamless onboarding, effective client-clinician matching, and nationwide mental health care delivery. In this role, you’ll improve and refine existing product features while building and integrating proprietary systems that uniquely support interstate teletherapy. You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, approaching complex challenges with creativity and a focus on driving meaningful impact.
This is a fully remote role, but preference will be given to candidates on the West Coast to allow for timezone overlap with our engineering team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Expand and refine our full stack application (Node.js, REST, React) to enhance patient and provider satisfaction.
- Develop AI-powered tools to support providers in delivering interstate care.
- Continuously improve the Mind and Match EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system for better usability and performance.
- Implement user-driven improvements to streamline patient and provider onboarding flows.
- Identify opportunities for growth and lead iterative enhancements to shape the engineering roadmap.
- Leverage data insights to optimize patient experiences and increase product satisfaction.
How you succeed:
- Launch features that drive sign-ups, engagement, and satisfaction among patients and providers.
- Establish and uphold unit testing standards, code patterns, and maintain high code quality.
- Actively seek out ways to support product improvements and contribute to company growth.
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in full stack web development.
- Are passionate about mental health care accessibility and delivery.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and enjoy balancing business needs with platform reliability.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, and Redux.
- Experience with REST API design.
- Experience developing digital healthcare applications such as EHRs, telehealth platforms, benefits and eligibility verification software, revenue cycle management, etc.
Bonus points for:
- Proficiency with GCP services like Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Authentication
- Proficiency with AWS services like S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and scaling in any environment
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary for this position is $120-140k
