About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and people-minded leader to own and scale our Owned Channels engine. As the Provider Growth Marketing Senior Manager, Owned Channels, you’ll lead your function across a variety of home-grown, high-intent acquisition channels including Outbound, Referrals, Affiliates, Co-Marketing, Partnerships, and more. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we acquire mental health providers at scale, partnering closely with company leadership, Strategic Finance, Sales, Product, and cross-functional marketing teams to accomplish our ambitious goals.
This role is ideal for a leader who can think big about long-term growth, but also dive into the details of execution, experimentation, and operational rigor. You’ve built or scaled outbound motions before, thrive in cross-functional environments, and know how to unlock new channels with speed and precision. Bonus points if you’ve supported new product launches or worked in product-led growth environments.
You Will:
Own Strategy & Execution Across All Owned Acquisition Channels
- Lead our Owned Channels function including Outbound, Referrals, Affiliates, Co-Marketing, Partnerships, and more to drive efficient provider acquisition
- Shape long-term channel strategy, set quarterly performance goals, and own execution to meet (and exceed) acquisition targets
- Build, refine, and scale processes that turn creative concepts, targeting strategies, and operational insights into predictable pipeline
Build and Evolve Outbound Engines
- Oversee and level up our outbound motion feeding 150+ reps, improving targeting, messaging, cadences, and lead quality
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure channel-to-team alignment and seamless handoff processes
- Introduce new outbound methodologies, tooling, and experimentation frameworks to unlock incremental volume
Unlock Growth Through Data & Forecasting
- Partner deeply with Strategic Finance and Analytics to define KPIs, build forecasting models, and align on investment frameworks
- Translate complex performance trends into clear decisions, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and resourcing
- Develop insights that improve targeting, sequencing, messaging, and channel-level efficiency
Lead, Mentor, and Grow a High-Performing Team of x-y reports
- Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, experimentation, and impact
- Provide coaching, development paths, and day-to-day support while empowering the team to own their respective channels
- Operate both strategically and tactically; comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed, especially during times of high growth or change
You'd be a great fit if:
- 8–10+ years of experience in growth and acquisition across owned channels, ideally with significant ownership of outbound, partner, or referral channels as well as large budgets
- Experience leading teams and building functions, including hiring, mentoring, and establishing scalable processes.
- Proven track record of scaling owned or partner-driven acquisition channels with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data teams, forecasting performance, evaluating LOE/LOI tradeoffs, and making ROI-informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Leadership
- Experience supporting new product launches, product-led growth motions, or early funnel product experimentation is a major plus
- Hands-on operator with a bias toward action, able to switch seamlessly between strategy, execution, and people leadership
Bonus points if you have:
- Built outbound engines from scratch (tooling, playbooks, segmentation, cadences) and know what great looks like
- Experience running or scaling referral, affiliate, or co-marketing programs
- Exposure to PLG environments or marketing tied closely to product workflows
- Experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or marketplaces, especially those with complex considerations and tradeoffs
