The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us drive data-driven insights and reporting in Product at Grow Therapy, and who will work on a variety of reporting, analytics and experimentation projects. You’ll join a broader data organization of analysts, data scientists, and data engineers, and be part of a San Francisco–based analytics team reporting into an Analytics Manager. This role will support our Lives Covered product group.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with Product and other technical stakeholders to prioritize analytical needs and support product launches, decision-making, and ad hoc requests through clear, data-driven insights
- Develop, maintain, and evolve core product and performance reporting, including business-critical dashboards built on scalable, reliable datasets
- Support experimentation and A/B testing through thoughtful design, execution, analysis, and clear, actionable conclusions
- Create compelling data visualizations and storytelling assets to effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
- Collaborate with senior and staff analysts on complex, high-impact analytical projects, including data modeling and OKR development
- Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to improve data availability, integrity, accuracy, reliability, and logging/pipeline quality
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have 3+ years proven experience in using analytics to tackle business problems that cross multiple product/project areas and teams, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- You have strong SQL skills and intermediate understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments).
- You are a wizard at building business critical dashboards/data visualizations (ideally within Hex or Looker, with strong LookML expertise)
- You have experience with data modeling (dbt) or are eager to learn
- You love data storytelling, creating a compelling narrative by extracting insights from data, and summarizing learnings / takeaways for executives.
- You enjoy communicating effectively and building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You deeply value the importance of expanding access to mental health care.
Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt
Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $124,000–$145,800 USD Annually.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work onsite from our San Francisco hub location three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate’s working location.
