About the Role
As a Director of Provider Marketing at InStride Health, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our mission and driving awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that effectively communicate our value proposition, reach target audiences (referring providers, employers and payors,) and foster meaningful connections with our targets. You will report to our VP of Patient Acquisition and work in close collaboration with our Director of Consumer Marketing to represent the InStride brand.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Development: Create comprehensive provider-facing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and audience insights to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth. Enhance InStride Health's visibility and engagement among referring providers, employers, and payors.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of healthcare providers, aimed at increasing patient referrals and enhancing provider relationships.
- Market Launch Execution: Develop and implement provider, employer and payor-focused market launch playbook as InStride expands into new geographies, taking into account local market dynamics. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare provider landscape.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Brand Identity Cultivation: Cultivate and enhance InStride's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all provider touchpoints and effectively communicating our unique value proposition for each target audience.
- Digital Media Optimization: Lead provider facing digital marketing efforts including paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO. Optimize performance and monitor KPIs to gauge campaign effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and our external marketing agency to create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and digital content that effectively communicate InStride Health's value proposition.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Director of Consumer Marketing to represent a unified InStride brand. Work closely with cross-functional teams including business development, product, and clinical to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution of integrated initiatives.
- Employer/Payor Marketing: Create and execute a marketing strategy roadmap for the employer and payor audiences.
- Trend Monitoring and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of trends and competitive activities, providing insights on provider feedback to cross-functional teams and learning from our business development team for continuous improvement.
- Conferences/Events: Develop and implement a conferences/events plan in an effort to increase brand awareness and credibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, employer groups, and payors, to foster collaboration and drive referral growth. Develop a program and process to enable referring providers to serve as advisors and advocates of the InStride treatment program.
What You Need to Succeed in the Role
- Proven experience (5-8 years) leading the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategy, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or related industry. Experience with healthcare provider marketing is a significant plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly
- Capable of building strong relationships, and leading both directly and via influence
- Significant attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn and ask questions to improve outcomes
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to use data to inform decision making and optimize marketing performance
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently under tight timelines
- Deep experience using Office and Google products to produce presentations, marketing materials, etc.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
