About Mind and Match
Mind and Match aims to democratize access to high-quality, in-network mental healthcare by connecting individuals in need to their best-fit therapist, no matter where in the country they are. Our vision is to bring together new advancements in AI and machine learning, payment model innovation, and regulatory changes to increase access to care for those in need and support independent mental health professionals in expanding their practice. Our AI-driven intake recommends a member’s best-fit therapist, removing the need to filter through zip-code based provider directories. For clinicians, we offer a new reimbursement pathway for those who operate fully or partially self-pay practices by facilitating direct contracts between independent mental health professionals and self-funded employer health plans. In addition, Mind and Match has prioritized working with clinicians who hold unique interstate practice authorizations in order to empower them to practice safely and effectively across state lines, expanding access to care and enabling clinicians to further hone their niche.
Fresh off a new funding round, we are excited to bring on a full-time Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations and chart the course for the future. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage company at the ground level as we expand nationally in 2025.
