About the role
As Director of Product Management, you will lead the product strategy and execution for our digital health platforms. You'll work alongside our operational teams to enable gold standard treatment at Equip, working at the intersection of healthcare delivery, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for assigned domains, aligning it with company objectives and market opportunities
Lead a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to translate therapeutic approaches into digital experiences that improve outcomes as needed
Design and implement analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to support business teams and improve product
Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to build and refine products that enhance both patient care and operational workflows
Define success metrics and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement.
Guide product development through the entire lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
Translate complex healthcare regulations and requirements into product features that ensure compliance.
Conduct user research with patients, providers, and operational staff to identify pain points and opportunities.
Present product strategy and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, business, or technology field preferred.
10+ years of product management experience.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven track record developing healthcare products, particularly in digital health or telehealth
Experience building products for clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory environment
Strong technical background with understanding of data architecture, APIs, and application development.
Experience building healthcare data systems or clinical applications.
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.) and EHR integrations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to decision making with experience setting and tracking meaningful metrics.
